At Prestos, we believe that strength comes from unity. Our team is made up entirely of women, and together, we’ve created more than just a brand—we’ve built a community. We are a family, bound together by our shared passion for empowerment, equality, and the belief that women can—and should—achieve anything they set their minds to.
From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to create a workspace that reflected the core values of Prestos—a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where women are not just colleagues but sisters. We are a tight-knit group, each bringing our unique talents and perspectives to the table. Every day at the office is filled with laughter, collaboration, and the kind of genuine care that you’d expect from a family.
Our office is a cozy, creative space, brightened by an abundance of plants, colorful art, and, of course, plenty of coffee. You can often hear the sounds of upbeat music filling the room, from classic hits to the latest chart-toppers—anything that gets the energy flowing and helps us stay inspired throughout the day. The atmosphere is light, fun, and always buzzing with positive energy.
We start every morning with a team check-in. It’s not just about business; it’s about checking in with each other on a personal level. We talk about how our weekends went, share stories, and catch up on what’s going on in our lives. It’s this sense of connection and camaraderie that makes Prestos not just a workplace but a sisterhood. Everyone’s voice matters, and every opinion is valued. We’re all leaders in our own right, and we’re not afraid to speak up and share our ideas.
We often have lunch together, sometimes bringing in homemade meals or picking up lunch from our favorite local spots. It’s a chance to relax, laugh, and bond over shared experiences. We talk about everything—business challenges, personal goals, the latest book we’re reading, and of course, the feminist movement that inspires us every day. We’re not just coworkers; we’re friends who genuinely care about each other’s well-being, both inside and outside of work.
The collaborative spirit at Prestos is something I’m incredibly proud of. Whether we’re brainstorming new designs, discussing strategies for growth, or simply bouncing ideas off each other, everyone has a seat at the table. There’s no hierarchy here—just a group of women working together to create something meaningful. We celebrate each other’s wins, big and small, and we’re there to lift each other up when challenges arise.
